To get the best odds for roulette, you simply have to play on a European-style roulette wheel. That doesn't mean you have to fly across the pond to get the best roulette odds—many American casinos offer both American and European-style roulette wheels. There may be one European-style roulette wheel for every nine or ten American-style, but they're out there.
